Received this statue and it was unbelievably beautiful. Detail was so very amazing and realistic.
Received my collectable a week back and did some photo shoots in the garden. Quality is fantastic from Infinity Studios. Realistic and beautiful. Weight is slightly heavy which is perfect for photography as it leaves good effects on grass and ground.
Another smooth transaction from TRZcollectibles. This is the second 1/6 JND I bought from them. The item was so big and they delivered to my door steps as promised. Superb service from them. Really hassle free transaction. Reliable and friendly as always!! Thanks Edwin!!
First time purchase with TRZCollectibles and working with Edwin. I was able to secure one of the final stock for Inart Hermione to complete the Harry Potter trio. From top to bottom, it was a great experience with exemplary customer service. I don't think I ever had the service of being constantly informed about the shipment and delivery. This company handles your order with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciate their attention and communication throughout the process.
First time buying with TRZCollectibles , great experience and customer service. The team consistently kept me informed about the shipment and handled everything with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciate their attention and communication throughout the process.
The second Chinese horse armour from this brand, a little more complicated to put together compared to LYG-SPO1. The scale armour is very flexible and durable.
There are small differences from the silver prototype shown (e.g. silver instead of gold discs). Still a great release, and customer service was excellent like before.
Great looking and historically accurate Chinese horse armour that was quite easy to put together! Took a while to arrive but timely updates were given and it was worth the wait.
Made my first purchase with TRZCollectibles for the JND Joker. Very good experience with up to date communication and professionalism. Will gladly recommend this store.
Excellent customer service β very prompt responses and follow-ups! I bought the JND Joker from them, and it arrived in perfect condition. TRZ Collectibles is truly trustworthy and reliable. Thanks man..
Best customer service I've ever had in this hobby, and figure arrived in perfect condition.
Really great release from JZMW. While I love their usual artistic sense, this mixes things up with a less flashy but more historically accurate Tang dynasty style.
Amazing customer service from TRZ as always. great update and follow up throughout the whole process. thanks!
Great release from KOC, the embroidery is top notch and the new robe is very nice as well. Heads are perched a bit too high but it was an easy fix for me. 10/10 customer service as usual.
TRZ customer service is bar none, the best I have encountered from any online shops. There were some delay in this shipment (first time out of multiples I have ordered from them before), but TRZ were gave me constant updates and followed up as soon as they received confirmation that it was delivered.
The product arrived in excellent condition and will make a great addition to my collection.
This is the second figure I purchased from TRZ Collectibles, this time the stunning 1/3 scale JND Arwen. As always, the service was absolutely exquisite β smooth communication, careful packaging, and a flawless delivery. Truly one of the best collectible shops out there. Highly recommended!
These guys are the best. Never had an issue. Edwin was able to source a sold out figure for me. I will continue to purchase from them. Keep up the good work.
JPT has done it again. What an incredible diorama. My only complaint is the center red gate post could have been better sculpted and painted. It should look like rotting wood.
These guys are the best. Never had an issue. Will continue to purchase from them. Keep up the good work.
Excellent release from JZMW, the armour is very faithful to mural at the tomb of Princess Changle. 10/10 customer service as usual, was given frequent updates on the shipping status.
Jiuann Studio makes items in inresting design, based on real armor. The quality is great. A good addition to the collection. I like it.
But also I need to write two minuses:
1) their scale of figures differs from Coomodel or Popcostume (height of male figure is the same as that of the female model of another brand)
2) high cost.
Thank you for always sending me great products. Limited edition items are hard to come by, so I appreciate you always helping me purchase these precious items. The quality is also great.
I thought I couldn't find the pre-order anymore. But I found it here. The price is a little higher than the official one, but it's better than nothing. The customer service staff was very patient in answering my questions.
TRZCollectibles is a very trustworthy store with one of the besst customer services out there. You will be in touch with a passionate owner who informs you about all the steps and logistics and can also look for special figures if you are on the search for one. Can only recommend! :)
I found this store a month ago, and I have already made two JND statue purchases! Edwin is amazing, and the support and attention they give to every customer are great! They sent my orders to Spain without issues! I strongly recommend making your purchases in the store!
