1. Order Confirmation

All orders placed through our website are considered final and subject to these T&Cs. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless specifically permitted under our store policies.

2. Payment Terms

  • Ready Stock: Full payment is required at the time of order submission.

  • Pre-Orders: A deposit is required to secure your item.

Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment or deposit is received. If payment is not received within 3 calendar days, your order may be cancelled without further notice.

3. Pre-Orders

All pre-order deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that you have reviewed and agreed to our Pre-Order Policy prior to making a pre-order.

4. International Orders

For customers outside Singapore:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • TRZCollectibles is not liable for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs or local authorities in your country.

Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

5. Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy in pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct the pricing error,

  • Cancel the affected order, or

  • Offer the item at the corrected price.

You will be notified before any such changes are processed.

6. Loyalty Rewards

Our Loyalty Rewards Program is a gesture of appreciation and being grateful for our returning customers for their unwavering supports. You can check your available points by clicking the “Smile” icon and logging into your account.
