TRZCollectibles – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TRZCollectibles, we are committed to delivering your items securely and efficiently, whether locally or internationally. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping, processing, and delivery procedures.

1. Local / Domestic Customers (Singapore & Malaysia)

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders of SGD 250 and above within Singapore and Malaysia.*

Note: Free delivery may not apply to certain bulky items or shipments to East Malaysia.

Tracking Provided
All local shipments include tracking details, allowing you to monitor your parcel conveniently at any time.

2. International / Overseas Customers

Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally to most countries.

Exception: We currently do not ship to Ukraine.

Shipping Options
You may select your preferred shipping method after a successful checkout. To use this feature, please select:
"Shipping Fees will be calculated After Packing (TBA)" during checkout.

Note: Any display of the word “FREE” does not apply to international orders. TRZCollectibles Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any misunderstandings related to shipping charges.

Import Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges, which are not included in the item price or shipping fees.

TRZCollectibles Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any additional fees incurred during customs clearance.

3. Shipping Fees & Rates

Fee Calculation
Shipping fees vary depending on your shipping location and the actual or volumetric weight (VW) of your order — whichever is higher.
Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram (kg).

Automatic Quotation
For ready-to-ship items, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.

4. Packaging & Dispatch

Processing Time
Orders are securely packed and processed within 7 working days upon confirmation of payment.

Packing Confirmation
You will receive an email notification once your order is packed and ready to be handed over to our courier partner.

Secure Packaging
We take extra care to ensure your collectibles are:

  • Safely packed

  • Properly cushioned

  • Securely sealed

Shipment Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers. We provide personalized updates to help you stay informed on the status of your shipment, whether local or international.

5. Potential Delivery Delays

Public Holidays & Peak Seasons
Please note that shipping may be delayed during public holidays or peak shopping periods.

Remote Areas
Deliveries to rural or remote locations may experience extended shipping times due to limited transportation access.
