Local Customer
- We provide free delivery within Malaysia*1
- Tracking service on delivery are made default and always included.
*For certain products, free delivery is not applicable to East Malaysia1.
Overseas Customer
- We provide worldwide shipping to all countries*1
- Shipping options are available at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes and miscellaneous charges are not included in the item price and/or shipping fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
*Free delivery is applicable to Singapore ONLY for selected instock products1.
Shipping Fees/Rates
- Shipping fees may differ depending on destination and weight*1 of the items. All weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms (KG).
- All overseas shipping fees/rates will be quote at checkout*2.
*It was determined by actual or volumetric weight (VW), whichever is higher1.

Packaging and Dispatch
- Once your order payment is confirmed, your order will be packed securely within three (3) working days.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once it is packed, sanitized and ready to hand over to our courier partners.
- Prior to dispatch, we ensure your parcel is well packed and wrapped securely to minimise the risk of damaging its contents. Subsequently, we sanitized your parcel before it was handed over to our courier partners.
- All shipping and delivery services are with tracking details by default. We offer personalised tracking updates to all our customers (local and overseas), giving you the peace of mind when you shop with us. However, tracking information will still be provided to you and you can track your order’s delivery status at your convenience.
- Possible delays in delivery may occur during Public Holidays and some unforeseen circumstances.
- Remote location deliveries are subject to local transportation availability and may require extra days to complete the delivery process.
