The Luftwaffe was the aerial warfare branch of the Wehrmacht during World War II. And it had become one of the most sophisticated, technologically advanced, and battle-experienced air forces in the world when World War II broke out in 1939. Willi is a Captain of the German Luftwaffe. He dressed in the full Luftwaffe outfits: blue-grey single-breasted uniform, blue-grey overcoat, wathet shirt and black necktie, blue-grey trousers, with blue-grey peaked cap or stahlhelm on his head and black leather boots. He also wore the the German Luftwaffe named reserve officer gala tunic and pants, white shirt and white waistcoat with bow tie, holding a bottle of champagne and glass on his hands. Luftwaffe officer’s sword and P38 pistol are equipped. And special insignias are included as well: Narvik shield in silver, War Merit Cross 2nd Class With Swords 1939, 4 Years of Service in Wehrmacht Medal and Sudetenland Annexation medal.
