It has been a pleasure purchasing from Toysremz as they have been truly professional.

The packing of the box was superb; I have never seen anything packed so well protected for transit. The package arrived completely undamaged (I had 3 boxes figures in one box).

Once sold Edwin updated me every couple of days as to where my package was. He was frustrated that I hadn’t received my package before as it was close to Christmas. No issues by me but Edwin wanted it delivered sooner; exceptional customer service.

I will definitely be purchasing more figures from this company as companies offering good customer service are nearly impossible to find these days.
