First timer here: nothing to complaint, in facts their packaging is absolutely the best. The artbox was covered with original shipper box but they go beyond that and covered with additional layer of brown box. Double boxed and added with a layer of flyers labelled the courier name on it. They have great and consistent after sales service, as they knew when your parcel was going to deliver and they will write you an email informing you about it. They actively follow up with you to ensure the statue you received in prefect and defect free condition. My statue came prefect with no defects accept for the loose magnet on her shields, which can be fixed easily with glue. Reported the loose magnet issue to them, without second words, they immediately compensate me with an amount which I personally think is not necessary but since they had offered, so I just accept. Thank you for the great service

First of all, second to none of a solid packaging. The original shipper box was covered with additional layer of shipper boxes nicely wrapped and covered with another layer of plastic wrappers that seems to be water resistance. Second, constant follow up with fast delivery, which takes approximately 3 days from Asia to US. Overall, very pleased with their communications from making my purchase to receive my order.
